Class Descriptions

All-Levels Practice: Using the Anusara® Universal Principles of Alignment™ this all-levels flow class is meant to start your day energized and aligned. We’ll explore a variety of  poses from the different rosters (standing poses, forward bends, back bends, twists, arm balances and inversions) in an integrated sequence with modifications for all levels– linked via a thematic thread and integrating body, mind, breath and heart. Class duration: 1.25 hours.
