All Levels Yoga ~ Using the Anusara® Universal Principles of Alignment™ this stability and flow class is meant to start your day energized and aligned. We’ll explore a variety of poses from the different rosters (standing poses, forward bends, back bends, twists, arm balances and inversions) in an integrated sequence with modifications for all levels– linked via a thematic thread and integrating body, mind, breath and heart. There will be time at the end of class for practices that tend to the different Koshas (Sheaths) that comprise our being. Class duration: 1.25 hours.
